My name is Jamie and I have a Masters degree in photojournalism and Documentary Photography from

London College of Communication, university of the arts.

CONFERENCE and EVENTS

We need to show your events in their best light; full of energy, innovation, efficiency and professionalism. I’ll research the venue beforehand to check for the best positions from which to shoot, check the lighting and call them to discuss early access on the day / location / any other relevant logistics. I’ll contact you 3 days before the shoot to re-confirm attendance, time & place to meet etc….I’ll be discreet on the day, taking many natural shots from a distance with a long lens, allowing delegates / guests to enjoy the event and barely noticing my presence.

• Natural, reportage shots of the build up to the event.

• Shots of guests arriving, socialising, smiling!

• Shots from every angle, showing off the venue, delegates / speakers looking connected and animated.

• If necessary, same day delivery of edited images so you can quickly upload to Twitter and other social media accounts.

• Secure, online gallery, from where you can view and also download the images.

• Edited images also delivered via We Transfer or Drop Box to multiple people.
